Synopsis: Dans les année 30, le jeune Luther assiste dans une foire à un spectacle où l'on utilise des pauvres ivrognes pour décapiter des poulets avec les dents. Lors de cette représentation, Luther prend alors goût au sang. En effet quelques années plus tard, il tue sauvagement trois personnes en les mordant à la gorge et en les laissant se vider de leur sang. De nos jours, après un long séjour de 20 ans dans un institut psychiatrique, Luther est libéré. Perdu dans cette société, Luther retrouve ses instincts meurtriers. Sa folie se déchaîne d'abord sur une pauvre grand-mère puis sur une paisible famille vivant dans une ferme isolée. Tour à tour les habitants de cette demeure sont victimes de ce tueur fou. Pour survivre, ils n'ont pas d'autres solutions que de le tuer.
